Charlotte Lade has been entrusted with the role of Head of Customer Propositions at MetLife UK. Her responsibilities encompass driving innovation in proposition development, which aims to enrich the customer experience. Furthermore, she will lead the formulation and execution of MetLife UK’s Value Propositions in its core Individual Protection and Employee Benefits ventures.
In her role, Charlotte is poised to lead the conception and execution of products that boast enhanced customer value, catering to an expansive clientele in traditionally underserved markets. She will also take the helm in executing MetLife’s customer contact strategy and ensuring optimal customer outcomes in compliance with the Consumer Duty.
Charlotte’s association with MetLife dates back to 2008, providing her with an in-depth understanding of the protection market. She previously helmed the position of Head of Communications, UK, where she successfully managed the communication strategy for MetLife’s groundbreaking Funeral Concierge service.
This initiative garnered acclaim at the Financial Service Forum Awards for ‘Best innovation in product’. Notably, Charlotte played a pivotal role in MetLife UK’s brand rejuvenation and was instrumental in launching the UK’s latest Individual Protection product, ChildShield.
Charlotte’s appointment coincides with a transformative phase for MetLife UK, wherein her profound insights will be invaluable in crafting innovative solutions tailored for every customer moment.
