Not just flights, there’s also the Lost and Delayed Airline Luggage solution, a real boon for travellers. If a customer’s checked luggage goes AWOL after touching down at an airport, they can simply log this on the BCAA portal. Based on the delay duration or if the luggage remains lost, payments are made. The ultimate goal is to uplift the customer’s experience, especially during such trying travel moments.
