The acquisition, involving Eco Pack’s 80% stake, positions Ault Alliance to pioneer eco-friendly packaging solutions. The deal underscores Ault Alliance’s strategic vision to disrupt the co-packing industry by introducing innovative sustainable packaging solutions.

It is hoped that Eco Pack’s technology will provide Ault Alliance’s consumers with eco-friendly alternatives, potentially appealing to numerous customers, through the use of Eco Pack’s offering.

Ault Alliance is a diversified holding company known for acquiring undervalued businesses and disruptive technologies with a global impact. Through its subsidiaries, it operates a data center for Bitcoin mining, offers colocation services, and provides products supporting various industries, including metaverse platforms, oil exploration, and more.

Eco Pack Technologies Limited is focused on revolutionising the packaging industry. It aims to offer sustainable alternatives to traditional co-packing methods and employs Siemens Digital technology to address packaging challenges.

Milton “Todd” Ault, III, the Company’s Executive Chairman, stated, “We are excited by Eco Pack’s current outlook, with 12 machines already operating at client sites throughout the United Kingdom. We intend to support Eco Pack as they venture into the global market and seek to fill an unmet need within the global co-packing industry.

“We believe the co-packing industry is ripe for disruption and Eco Pack, with its eco-friendly yet effective solutions, provides customers with a new solution to not only save money, but to cut down their overall carbon footprint. As we have previously stated, our principal goal is to rapidly promote their growth across the U.S., the U.K., Europe and Asia,” he continued.
