The startup, which belongs to the distinguished Microsoft for Startups program, aims to enter the UAE FinTech sector using their cutting-edge mobile app tailored for the next generation, which is set to redefine the remittance experience by simplifying and enhancing payment splitting functionalities.

The groundbreaking app, which is slated to release on both iOS and Android app stores, integrates a unique social feed, enabling users to split payments effortlessly, find mutual friends, and connect with suggested lists. Additionally, users can monitor their friends’ recent activities and choose to keep their feed private.

Daniel Braganza, co-founder and CEO of Dosh Payments, noted, “Our goal is to provide a streamlined app that seamlessly integrates with social media, recognizing its crucial role in the lives of today’s youth. There’s a significant gap in the youth payment market, and we intend to bridge it.

“Our vision is to make payments fun, faster, and secure for the next generation,” he added.

Dosh Payments is set to simultaneously launch in the UAE and enter the Indian market soon, as it looks to connect the Middle Eastern and Indian FinTech sectors.
