Green Dot Corporation and Repay Holdings Corporation have teamed up to widen bill payment options for REPAY’s diverse client base, spanning personal finance, auto finance, credit unions, mortgage, and other industries.

This collaboration aims to leverage the expansive Green Dot Network, empowering REPAY’s clients to offer eCash payment solutions across more than 45,000 US retail locations.

The alliance between Green Dot and REPAY is driven by a shared commitment to enhancing payment modalities and networks. This is set to enable clients to securely accept cash payments, providing additional bill payment choices, thereby elevating customer satisfaction.

Green Dot has been a pioneer in expanding access to modern banking and payment tools for both consumers and businesses for over two decades.

The company’s Green Dot Network (GDN) comprises over 90,000 retail locations across the US, including major chains like Walmart, Walgreens, and CVS, offering cash-in and cash-out services. As traditional banks reduce physical branches, particularly in underbanked communities, the GDN aims to ensure seamless access to cash services for nearly all US consumers.

REPAY specialises in offering integrated payment processing solutions tailored to verticals with specific transaction processing needs. Their proprietary integrated payment technology simplifies electronic payments for clients, improving the overall experience for consumers and businesses alike.

Jake Moore, EVP, Consumer Payments, REPAY, said, “As a leader in the transformation of integrated digital payments, we continuously look for opportunities to expand and enhance our solutions across payment modalities and networks. Offering our clients the ability to securely and efficiently accept cash payments will enable them to deliver additional bill payment options, driving customer satisfaction.”

Crystal Bryant-Minter, SVP, Money Movement at Green Dot, said, “Enabling businesses to transact and provide customers with more options to pay bills and move money is core to our mission to give all people the power to bank seamlessly, affordably and with confidence. We’re proud to partner with REPAY to offer small businesses the functionality they need to expand financial access for their clients and customers.”
