Roadzen Inc., a global pioneer in AI-driven insurance and mobility solutions, has announced a new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) designed to continue the firm’s expansion.
The company has revealed that Jean-Noël Gallardo will take up the role, as they expect him to leverage his two decades of extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, treasury management, compliance, fundraising, and M&A, to become an essential addition to Roadzen’s leadership.
Gallardo brings significant expertise in InsurTech, brokerage, and claims administration across the US and EU, perfectly positioning him to drive Roadzen’s continuous expansion.
His role is pivotal in enhancing the company’s financial and operational strategies, overseeing engagements with investors and analysts, and steering significant financial initiatives.
Previously, he held numerous positions, including serving as Vice President of Finance at Aclaimant, Inc., a safety and risk management InsurTech platform, and CFO roles at LJR Holdings, Inc. and Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc.
He commenced his career in investment banking, focusing on M&A for middle-market companies across North America.
