The solution, known as the Engagement Banking Platform is set to be leveraged across the Nordic bank’s digital channels, in a bid to facilitate a company-wide digital transformation.

This is set to dramatically bolster Danske Bank’s offering, enabling them to tailor business operations based on customer journeys.

The solution establishes a mobile-first engagement model, unifying data and workflows for efficient journey orchestration. This collaboration enhances agility and freedom, enabling Danske Bank to swiftly implement business capabilities and adapt to market dynamics.

Backbase is at the forefront of Engagement Banking, offering a unified platform that centres around the customer. Their platform accelerates digital transformation for banks, enhancing every aspect of the customer experience, from onboarding to servicing, loyalty, and loan origination.
