Global re/insurer SCOR has finalised a 15-year lease agreement for approximately 50,000 sq. ft of office space at 8 Bishopsgate, a prestigious London office building, in collaboration with Mitsubishi Estate London and Stanhope.

The location, hosting established tenants from various sectors, positions SCOR on over two and a half floors within one of London’s most sought-after office locations, according to InsurTech Insights.

The lease agreement was successfully negotiated by Knight Frank and Newmark BH2, representing Stanhope and Mitsubishi Estate, and CBRE, acting on behalf of SCOR.
