In a strategic move, Ownera has welcomed three seasoned professionals into its leadership team.
Itay Tuchman, former Global Head of Foreign Exchange at Citi and Founder/CEO of TomorrowNext, joins the board, while Natasha Benson, who has an illustrious track record in Capital Markets and FinTech, assumes the role of Chief Operating Officer. Meanwhile, Emmanuel Aidoo, a recognised authority in the institutional digital assets space, will become the Chair of the Ownera Advisory Board.

The company is at the forefront of developing the open peer-to-peer protocol FinP2P, providing routers and digital securities solutions to the regulated financial services industry.
Ownera’s FinP2P routers play a crucial role in facilitating global distribution and liquidity by connecting tokenised assets distributed by sell-side institutions to buy-side demand.
Tuchman has over two decades of senior financial markets experience, Tuchman’s insights and strategic acumen are invaluable. He has led businesses across Asia-Pacific, Australia, Europe, and the Americas, making him a significant asset to Ownera’s mission for market-wide interoperability.
Benson has a distinguished career, having led the Structured Products Group at Goldman Sachs and contributed to FinTech innovations with Standard Chartered and Barclays. Her proven ability to grow businesses will play a pivotal role in scaling Ownera.
As the Chair of the Ownera Advisory Board, Aidoo brings 24 years of expertise in the institutional digital assets space. His roles at Credit Suisse, including Head of Digital Asset Markets, and recognition in Forbes Blockchain 50 and Business Insider’s finance top 10, align seamlessly with Ownera’s vision.
