HawkSoft and Elevate Teams have joined forces in a new partnership aimed at enhancing support for independent insurance agencies.
The collaboration is set to see HawkSoft welcome Elevate as the newest participant in its Solution Partner program.
The partnership between HawkSoft and Elevate Teams aims to address the pressing need for quality staffing solutions in the insurance industry.
Elevate Teams sources motivated professionals, particularly from Latin America, to work remotely as virtual assistants for agencies.
These virtual assistants are trained extensively on insurance workflows, including proficiency in HawkSoft’s agency management system.
By integrating HawkSoft’s technology into Elevate’s training program, virtual assistants are equipped to seamlessly integrate into agencies using HawkSoft’s platform.

As part of the partnership, agencies using HawkSoft’s platform can avail a free month of Elevate’s services with a three-month commitment.
Elevate also offers additional HawkSoft-specific workflow training to their virtual team members placed with HawkSoft agencies. Both companies are optimistic about the partnership’s potential to offer better talent options to independent insurance agencies amidst today’s challenging market conditions.
