dacadoo, a pioneer in the digital health industry, revealed a series of groundbreaking platform updates in 2023, reaffirming its dedication to enhancing community health and well-being.
The introduction of the latest iteration of the Health Score (Version 1.6) by dacadoo was a significant milestone for the firm, among its many enhancements, one standout feature is the incorporation of SHAP values (SHapley Additive exPlanations) into the new API.
These values provide invaluable insights into individual Health Scores, highlighting specific areas of strength and weakness. Moreover, the updated Health Score API now includes essential metrics such as blood oxygen saturation (spO2) and maximal aerobic capacity (VO2 max) values, ensuring greater accuracy and comprehensiveness.
The Swiss firm’s Digital Health Engagement Platform (DHEP) has also undergone substantial improvements, particularly in its standardised content and gamification elements, including rewards and challenges.
A notable addition to the rewards ecosystem is the Apple Watch Reward Program, a collaborative initiative with Apple.
This offering allows users to track their physical activities using an Apple Watch or iPhone and earn rewards towards a new wearable device or other incentives. Additionally, the DHEP features a new Promotions program, offering users exclusive deals and promotions through full-screen pop-ups in the app.
Furthermore, the firm continues to evolve its challenge content and templates, now focusing on sustainability and social awareness in alignment with ESG regulations. Clients can seamlessly integrate dacadoo’s default content into their own applications through optimized DHEP infrastructure and a user-friendly Admin Portal.
