Danish RegTech firm, Muinmos, has appointed seasoned C-level executive and governance expert, Anders Kirketerp-Møller, to its board.
In his new role, Kirketerp-Møller will leverage his extensive experience from large global businesses to drive significant growth at the company.
Founded in 2012, Muinmos has revolutionised client onboarding with its pioneering platform that fully automates the entire client onboarding chain. This includes AI-powered client categorisation, fully automated KYC/AML checks, full client risk assessments, and constant monitoring to keep up-to-date with changes in regulations, clients’ details, and risk profiles.
Anders Kirketerp-Møller joins Muinmos from LEGO, where he drove board and chair activities across the LEGO ecosystem, advised the owner family on governance matters, and served as a board member of various LEGO entities for almost seven years. His extensive experience includes advising on corporate structures, venture investments, expansion of activities and businesses, strategy, and branding.
Prior to LEGO, he led the operational transformation of the VELUX Foundations and served as director in VKR Holding, the holding company of VELUX.
At Muinmos, Kirketerp-Møller will focus on the firm’s growth strategy and advising the leadership team, including the board. His appointment is expected to be critical to Muinmos’ future growth, both organic and non-organic, including through partnerships.
