Jean-Christophe Chandumont, the newly appointed COO, arrives at ACA with an impressive track record. Previously holding key leadership roles at BlackRock and JPMorgan Chase, his career has been marked by a strong focus on developing client-centric products, scaling operations, and heightening client satisfaction.
In his new role at ACA, JC is set to oversee Global Operations, Managed Services, and Tech Services which encompass both Customer Success and Professional Services. His vast experience will be crucial in enhancing operational effectiveness, ensuring superior client satisfaction, and promoting cross-functional teamwork within the company.
