TrueLayer and Jaja Finance collaborate to revolutionize credit card repayments

TrueLayer, Europe’s leading open banking payments network, has formed a strategic partnership with Jaja Finance, a digital lender known for its innovative financial solutions.

The partnership aims to facilitate smoother credit card repayments through TrueLayer’s Payments product. This collaboration will enable Jaja to offer instant pay-ins, allowing customers to make one-off credit card repayments directly from their bank account. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to simplify financial transactions and enhance user experience.

TrueLayer specializes in providing a secure and efficient platform for financial transactions, ensuring that payments are not only faster but also more intuitive. By integrating TrueLayer’s technology, Jaja Finance aims to streamline the payment process for its customers, focusing on reducing manual input through auto-populating fields.

The functionality is currently available on Jaja’s Vanta Credit Card and extends to partner brands including the Asda Money Credit Card and Asda Money Select Credit Card. These cards are part of Asda’s rewards program, offering additional value to users. The integration with TrueLayer also ensures that settlements are instant and that repayments reflect immediately in customers’ bank accounts, thus enhancing the overall money management process.

TrueLayer VP of Financial Services and Partnerships Mariko Beising said, “Open banking-powered instant payments are a simpler, safer and more intuitive option than legacy repayment methods, and they integrate seamlessly into the customer journey.

“TrueLayer is attractive to companies that value the customer experience. With its commitment to best-in-class technology and customer-centric products, Jaja consistently prioritises their end users. We’re proud to partner with them on fast, frictionless credit repayments.”
