The company’s solutions are designed to help banks and credit unions enhance their brand presence while streamlining statement management and delivery.
The partnership also leverages HC3 Connect, an enhanced back-office administrative interface. This tool allows financial institutions to manage system configurations, research customer accounts and documents, review audit logs, and access various reports on customer usage.
According to BAI research, consumer use of mobile and online banking channels is projected to rise to 65% by 2026, underscoring the importance of adopting digital-first strategies. This partnership positions HC3 and Apiture at the forefront of this transformation.
