Financial Cloud, a leading provider of enterprise software solutions, has partnered with GoCardless, a global bank payment company, to enhance payment processes for financial service providers in the UK.
The partnership integrates GoCardless’ Direct Debit and Instant Bank Pay (IBP) into Financial Cloud’s customer relationship management (CRM) platform.
The collaboration aims to provide a seamless payment experience, enabling businesses to manage payments and customer data within a single interface. By embedding GoCardless’ payment solutions, Financial Cloud’s platform will offer businesses actionable insights into customer behaviour and payment trends. Additionally, merchants can scale their operations more efficiently, ensuring smooth collections and payment reconciliation as transaction volumes grow.
GoCardless’ IBP feature will also allow payers to make secure bank payments within seconds using a simple payment link. This feature is particularly beneficial for ad hoc transactions, such as early loan repayments, which can now be completed quickly and effortlessly.
GoCardless is a global leader in bank payments, serving nearly 100,000 businesses across over 30 countries. The company processes more than US$130bn annually and provides solutions for recurring and one-off payments via direct debit, real-time payments, and open banking.
