Silverflow, a cloud-native payment processing provider, has joined forces with international payment specialist Solidgate to transform the subscription payments sector.

This collaboration aims to tackle the major challenges faced by subscription businesses, from high customer acquisition costs to revenue losses due to declined recurring payments.

The subscription economy is expected to reach over $500bn by 2025, reflecting a 65% growth rate. In such a market, ensuring high payment approval rates is critical to maximising revenue.

The partnership is set to help Solidgate optimise its payment management systems and boost performance, positioning the company to process $100bn in annual transactions within the next five years.

Silverflow’s platform provides Solidgate with a tailored solution that offers fast implementation and a range of tools, including advanced reconciliation capabilities and compliance support. The real-time data transparency provided by Silverflow has enabled Solidgate to fine-tune payment costs, strengthen risk assessment strategies, and improve authentication protocols—ensuring legitimate transactions are approved while reducing unnecessary declines.

These innovations have already delivered impressive results for Solidgate’s clients. The company has reported a 7% increase in conversion rates, turning more website visitors into paying customers. Additionally, acceptance rates have risen by 8%, ensuring that more payments are successfully processed. As a result, Solidgate and its merchants have seen a 20% improvement in overall financial performance, further solidifying its ambitious growth strategy.
