myPOS has acquired UTP Group, a UK-based payment solutions provider, in a move aimed at deepening its support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the UK and Europe.
The deal brings UTP’s extensive direct sales network and established customer base under the myPOS umbrella, positioning the company for accelerated expansion in the UK market. This development is expected to significantly boost myPOS’s reach among local merchants, while enhancing the range of solutions it can offer.

Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Reading, UTP delivers a broad spectrum of payment services, including countertop and portable card machines, Tap-to-Pay services, ecommerce solutions and flexible funding options. With more than 52,000 clients to date, UTP has built a strong presence in the UK’s payments landscape.
