Global InsurTech provider Duck Creek Technologies has announced a new SaaS partnership with Capricorn Mutual, the insurance division of member-owned organisation Capricorn, to overhaul its core insurance systems.
Capricorn Mutual will replace its legacy technology with Duck Creek’s OnDemand platform, which includes Policy, Billing, Claims, Rating, and Clarity (data insights).
The move supports Capricorn Mutual’s strategy to streamline operations and deliver improved insurance products to its 30,000 auto-trade business members.
