This initiative builds on an existing marketing partnership between the two brands that began with Revolut’s involvement in NBA events in Paris, according FF News.

The partnership aims to combine innovative financial technology with the cultural momentum of professional basketball, creating a unique product that serves both functional and emotional purposes for fans.

The collaboration provides customers with physical cards that reflect their passion for the NBA, while enjoying the modern digital banking benefits that Revolut offers.

Revolut, headquartered in London, is a leading FinTech company known for its app-based banking solutions including multi-currency accounts, savings, and premium financial services. The NBA, established in 1946, is a globally recognised professional sports league with a vast international following, particularly among younger audiences that are also heavily represented in Revolut’s user base.

Under the new initiative, Revolut has launched two physical payment cards. The premium version is crafted with a metal finish and design elements inspired by the layout and surface texture of a basketball court. This exclusive card is available to Metal and Ultra plan customers for £49.99. The second option is a plastic card featuring a bold graphic design modelled after a basketball, priced at £16.99 and available to all Revolut users regardless of subscription tier.

The co-branded cards will be available to order through the Revolut app starting 1 July in the UK and most of the European Economic Area (EEA). They are expected to enhance the user experience by offering a seamless connection between FinTech functionality and NBA fandom. This product release continues Revolut’s broader strategy to intersect lifestyle and financial services, establishing deeper engagement with customers through culturally relevant experiences.

Additional marketing collaborations between the two brands include Revolut’s role as Presenting Partner of The NBA Paris Game 2024 and 2025, and the inaugural NBA Paris Jam event in 2025. These events serve as major touchpoints for engaging fans across Europe.
