InvestiFi and Illiana partner to simplify digital investing

InvestiFi has partnered with Illiana Financial Credit Union to launch an integrated digital investing service, giving 25,000 credit union members access to stocks, ETFs, and digital assets directly from their banking app.

Through the collaboration, Illiana Financial members will be able to buy and sell over 8,500 stocks and ETFs, as well as more than 25 digital assets. In addition to trading capabilities, the platform supports guided portfolio building, offering a comprehensive wealth management experience within the familiar framework of Illiana’s digital banking environment.

The integration aims to eliminate barriers to entry by combining investing tools with everyday banking, a move that is increasingly being sought after by consumers looking to simplify their financial management.

Educational support is a core component of the initiative. InvestiFi provides learning tools and guided investment strategies tailored to users at various levels of experience. Whether members are just starting out or looking to diversify existing holdings, they’ll have access to trusted resources that support informed financial decisions.

InvestiFi CEO Kian Sarreshteh said, “Investing shouldn’t be intimidating or complicated. Our platform is designed to remove traditional barriers and make investing accessible, informed, and safe

Illiana Financial CEO Jim Henmuller said, “We are committed to supporting our members at every stage of their financial journey. Integrating InvestiFi’s investing solutions is a natural progression in how we serve our community, offering safe, secure, and straightforward ways for members to engage with the market.

“With this new digital investing partnership, we are confident the credit union will continue to innovate, providing modern tools that truly empower every member to take control of their financial futures.”

Security and compliance have been central to the development of the platform. InvestiFi adheres to strict regulatory protocols, ensuring the safety of member transactions and the protection of sensitive data.

Sarreshteh concluded, “This partnership comes at a pivotal moment, as digital investing adoption rapidly accelerates across the financial services industry. Recent research shows that retail investors overwhelmingly prefer platforms integrated within their existing banking apps, reflecting a strong demand for convenience and trust in a single, unified interface.”
