Alleva rolls out instant insurance check tool

Alleva has introduced an instant, self-service Verification of Benefits (VOB) tool for behavioural health providers, enabling insurance coverage checks in real time directly within its EMR platform.

The automated feature removes the need for support tickets, third-party logins, or external systems, helping reduce admission delays and speed up revenue cycle processes. It also offers transparent usage reporting for greater control.

Alleva vice president of product Les Wilson said, “We built this tool based on real customer feedback. It delivers the real-time control and transparency our customers need to speed up admissions and streamline billing—all from within the same platform.”

The VOB tool is fully integrated into Alleva’s existing workflows, offering instant benefit checks, pay-per-use cost tracking, and faster client onboarding. By removing manual processes, Alleva aims to let clinicians and administrators focus more on patient care.
