Herald and Joshu have teamed up to make it faster and easier for insurers to launch and distribute digital products.
The partnership connects Herald’s unified API for multi-carrier quoting with Joshu’s no-code underwriting and distribution platform, giving insurers, MGAs and brokers a streamlined, end-to-end solution.
Joshu’s API-first platform can launch products in under 100 days, while Herald’s network links those products to more than 60 commercial insurance lines from top carriers. This enables real-time quoting, binding and policy issuance, cutting time-to-market and expanding reach for digital distributors.
Joshu CEO and co-founder Roy Mill said, “This partnership is about speed and simplicity. Joshu’s has been helping insurers launch their products to market faster. Our partnership with Herald and its extensive network of digital distributors means that Joshu’s clients can now become accessible to hundreds of producers nationwide with a flip of a switch.”
Herald CEO and co-founder Matt Antoszyk said, “Together, we’re eliminating the friction that has long slowed down insurance innovation. Joshu makes it easy to build and rate new products, and Herald ensures those products reach the market through modern, API-driven distribution.”
The combined solution is aimed at MGAs, carriers and InsurTech platforms looking to digitise specialty lines, improve underwriting and expand without heavy IT investment.
