Verisk Specialty Business Solutions, a global provider of insurance and reinsurance software, has announced that Emirates Insurance has implemented its exposure management platform Sequel Impact.
Emirates Insurance is the latest carrier in the MENA region to adopt Verisk’s solutions, which include Sequel Impact for exposure management, Rulebook for rating and pricing, and Whitespace for digital trading.
Sequel Impact is a deterministic aggregation system that captures detailed policy information, such as limits and schedules of values, to generate granular exposure reports.
The platform enables insurers to make data-driven decisions quickly, both before and after events, while integrating seamlessly with core systems.
May Hleileh, chief underwriting officer international at Emirates Insurance, said, “The deployment of Verisk Sequel Impact marks a significant milestone in our ongoing journey to enhance operational efficiency and streamline integration with our core systems. The platform’s flexibility and depth of functionality met our expectations, ensuring we are well positioned to manage our exposure with greater precision, and supporting our growth in an increasingly complex and competitive market.”
Richard Reggel, chief commercial officer at Verisk Specialty Business Solutions, said, “Sequel Impact has given Emirates Insurance the ability to streamline their exposure management processes, providing them with the tools needed to track and visualise risk across multiple lines of business and geographic regions. But more than that, this partnership reflects a shared understanding of the challenges insurers face today—balancing operational efficiency with the need for agility in an increasingly complex risk landscape. By integrating seamlessly with their existing systems, we’ve helped eliminate inefficiencies and empower their teams to act on insights faster.”
