FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia has marked nine years as an M-Files partner, a collaboration that has helped the firm expand its process automation services across industries.
Murray Mitchell, professional services manager at FUJIFILM Process Automation, said the decision to join the M-Files programme was shaped by the flexibility the platform offered. “The M-Files team is focused on helping their partners deliver quality solutions to meet their customers’ needs. They also support product enhancements and bring value to their partners’ conversations with customers.”
Through the partnership, FUJIFILM has been able to help clients boost efficiency by automating repetitive tasks, reduce errors, improve compliance, and cut costs by replacing manual workflows with digital alternatives. Mitchell added that rapid innovation and strong integrations, including with Microsoft, keep the platform relevant to shifting client needs.
AI and automation are also transforming customer operations. One FUJIFILM client is using AI search to scan supplier contracts for clauses and terms, speeding up compliance checks and approvals. The next step, Mitchell noted, will be agentic AI capable of handling searches autonomously, only flagging exceptions.
Beyond technology, FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia has evolved from its origins in document management to a broader role as a digital transformation partner, offering IT consulting, managed services, and collaboration tools.
