Neutrinos, a specialist provider of AI-powered intelligent automation solutions for the insurance industry, has launched a new platform designed to address the limitations of traditional insurance systems.
To achieve this, it has debuted AI-Native Coreless System of Execution (CSoE), a platform designed to modernise insurance operations, according to InsurTech Insights.
It believes the solution will enable insurers to reduce risks and expenses while enabling insurers to adopt modern capabilities without full system overhauls.
Neutrinos builds AI-powered automation solutions for the insurance sector. Its platforms leverage agentic AI to automate complex processes, increase operational efficiency, and accelerate innovation, while serving clients across North America, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.
The AI-Native System of Execution replaces legacy cores with an event-driven, composable architecture on a data fabric layer.
It creates a “hollowed-out” environment over existing systems, breaking down organisational and technical silos, unifying fragmented data, and enriching semantic metadata models to provide a consistent source of truth across underwriting, claims, case management, and analytics.
Key features include a governed data fabric for real-time access and interoperability, modular services linked by APIs, agentic orchestration with embedded observability, and enterprise-grade governance supporting compliance, security, and audit requirements.
Neutrinos is working with insurers globally to implement the platform and enable enterprise-scale transformation while preserving existing system value.
Suresh Chandrashekaran, Co-founder and CTO of Neutrinos, said, “We drive business agility while avoiding painful, expensive and risky legacy overhauls. This AI-Native System of Execution enables true enterprise-scale transformation while extending the value of existing systems.”
