Tangram Insurance Services, a national MGA, and INSTANDA, a no-code InsurTech platform, have partnered to launch a general liability product for the security guard industry.
The collaboration aims to simplify and accelerate quoting and policy issuance for Tangram’s underwriting team, according to FF News.
Through the partnership, Tangram leveraged INSTANDA’s technology to bring a fully customisable Excess & Surplus (E&S) policy to market in 90 days.
The platform integrates forms, endorsements, and manuscripts, automating the rate, quote, and bind process.
The new product is part of a strategy to deliver packaged solutions to the security guard sector, increasing quoted business and positioning the company as a full-service provider.
“As Tangram continues to expand and enhance our program offerings, its crucial we partner with providers, like INSTANDA, that have a proven track-record and deep understanding of the insurance industry and our clients’ needs,” said Tracy Bernard, senior vice president of strategy at Tangram. “Our collaboration with INSTANDA enables us to invest in product development and deliver meaningful solutions more quickly and efficiently.”
Tim Hardcastle, CEO and co-founder of INSTANDA, said, “Tangram is bringing innovative, insight-driven products to niche markets. INSTANDA’s agile platform enables Tangram to quickly and efficiently serve new market opportunities and drive impactful business outcomes. We’re proud to partner with Tangram as they shape the future of insurance.”
