Engage People has renewed its partnership with Medibank to strengthen the insurer’s Live Better rewards programme, which motivates members to embrace healthier lifestyles.
The collaboration aims to provide a seamless, digital-first experience that links loyalty directly with health and wellbeing outcomes.
The agreement combines Engage People’s Podium Loyalty platform with Medibank’s healthcare expertise to form a fully integrated ecosystem. This model allows members’ positive behaviours, such as exercising, eating well or sleeping better, to be recognised and rewarded while deepening engagement.
