InsurTech firm ChainThat concluded its annual Tech Bootcamp 2025, bringing together internal teams with partners Xceedance and Smart IMS Inc in a collaborative training initiative focused on blockchain and insurance technology capabilities.
The London-based company, which specialises in decentralised reinsurance solutions, hosted multiple technical workshops covering workflow automation, document management, and integration building through what it calls “active agility” methodologies.
An Xceedance representative said: “It has been a good opportunity for the Xceedance team.” Smart IMS Inc added: “They have also created an opportunity for others to engage, collaborate and build strong working relationships.”
The bootcamp featured specialised sessions including Document Dynamos for documentation refinement, Gen AI Squad workflow automation, Connector Guru integration building, and Troubleshooting Torpedos problem-solving workshops.
The initiative delivered enhanced technical skills, stronger teamwork, and implementation of new development processes across participating teams, the company said.
