This marks the company’s sixth major European office, reinforcing its position as a dominant force in the region’s CX technology landscape.
The new facility, located in the Marousi district of Athens, will serve as a strategic base for enhancing the resilience, scalability, and security of Content Guru’s storm® platform. The area’s thriving technology and developer ecosystem make it an ideal choice, offering access to skilled professionals and alignment with multiple global time zones — including the US. The Athens team will collaborate closely with Content Guru’s global network of engineers to deliver continuous improvements and 24/7 operational support.
This expansion reflects Content Guru’s ongoing commitment to technical excellence, with more than 70% of its workforce engaged in engineering and technology roles. The company has experienced consistent year-on-year growth, driven by rising global demand for resilient and intelligent CX platforms. The Athens hub is the latest milestone in Content Guru’s European growth strategy, following the establishment of a development hub in Porto, Portugal, in 2023.
