Trustfull unveils Trustfull Session to detect bad actors

Trustfull has announced the launch of Trustfull Session, a  risk intelligence solution designed to distinguish real users from malicious actors—human or not—without disrupting legitimate activity.

The launch of Trustfull Session comes as digital businesses face a growing challenge in managing the balance between security and engagement. Cyberattacks have risen by 47% between Q1 2024 and Q1 2025, while legitimate AI agents are driving record-breaking levels of website traffic. With AI-assisted online shopping alone expected to grow by 520% year-on-year during the 2025 US holiday season, the need for more sophisticated fraud prevention solutions has never been greater.

Trustfull provides fraud prevention tools that help companies protect their digital ecosystems while maintaining a frictionless user experience. The company specialises in technology that safeguards web, mobile, and API channels without impeding the flow of legitimate users or trusted AI systems.

Trustfull Session is engineered to identify and block malicious traffic instantly—whether bot-driven or human-led—without compromising performance or usability. The platform continuously monitors and scores every session, flagging high-risk interactions before they can cause harm. Unlike traditional verification tools that depend on CAPTCHAs, fingerprinting walls, or manual user challenges, Trustfull Session uses a lightweight Javascript SDK that operates invisibly in the background.

The system integrates multiple layers of intelligence, including real-time bot analysis to detect automated attacks, behavioural biometrics to identify scripted or manipulated interactions, device spoofing detection to expose emulators and cloned environments, and network intelligence to monitor anomalies in IP reputation, VPNs, and proxy use. Together, these capabilities enable businesses to stay one step ahead of cyber threats without hindering user experience.

The launch highlights Trustfull’s commitment to helping organisations navigate the emerging challenge of AI-driven traffic, where distinguishing between beneficial automation and malicious intent has become increasingly complex.

Trustfull CEO Marko Maras said, “The way that users interact with businesses online, or simply search for information, is changing at a rapid pace. As AI agents continue to gain traction and AI-powered fraud becomes more sophisticated, businesses need advanced tools to accurately distinguish between good and bad users. By stopping fraudsters in real time without slowing down legitimate users and trusted agents, we are helping businesses seize the opportunities of today’s evolving digital landscape while staying safe.”
