Tietoevry Industry has reinforced its presence in the Nordic financial sector through a new multi-country agreement with Entercard, one of the region’s leading credit card providers.
The partnership, valued at approximately €15–17m, will support Entercard’s digital transformation across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland over the next five years.
The collaboration includes the delivery of Tietoevry’s Multichannel services, designed to streamline customer communication and optimise processes across multiple platforms.

Tietoevry’s Multichannel platform is built to ensure seamless and efficient customer communications. It integrates with digital mailboxes, payment systems, and print providers, allowing invoices, statements, and messages to reach customers through their preferred channels—digital or physical. This capability not only improves customer experience but also helps reduce operational costs and strengthen data-driven engagement.
The agreement deepens Tietoevry’s position as a trusted technology partner for the Nordic financial services industry. The company’s innovative tools are designed to deliver both digital acceleration and cost efficiency, reinforcing its reputation for reliability and regional expertise.
