Flair Labs joins M-Files to boost digital transformation

Flair Labs joins M-Files to boost digital transformation

M-Files has announced that Flair Labs has joined its Partner Program, marking a major step in expanding AI-driven document management across global enterprises.

The collaboration is designed to accelerate digital transformation by combining M-Files’ metadata-powered architecture with Flair Labs’ expertise in scalable SaaS applications and advanced technologies like blockchain and generative AI. Together, the two companies aim to help organisations enhance information governance, automate workflows, and improve operational efficiency.

Through this partnership, Flair Labs will leverage M-Files’ intelligent document management capabilities to deliver new levels of productivity and compliance for clients across multiple industries. M-Files said the integration will allow businesses to unify their data management and streamline processes, helping employees access and act on information faster.

M-Files senior manager for partner sales, APAC, Chris Smith said, “Flair Labs India is a highly respected technology firm with a strong track record in delivering scalable and secure enterprise SaaS solutions. This new collaboration allows us to extend the reach of our AI-powered document management platform into new markets and industries. Combining our respective strengths gives businesses a powerful foundation for digital transformation—one that enhances productivity, strengthens compliance, and unlocks smarter ways of working.”

Flair Labs founder and director Daljeet Singh Malhotra said, “Partnering with M-Files marks a significant milestone in our journey to deliver smarter, more agile information management solutions. With M-Files’ powerful platform and our domain expertise, we’re confident in our ability to help clients streamline operations, boost compliance, and unlock the true value of their data.”

The M-Files Partner Program is a global initiative that includes strategic alliances, global systems integrators, and both premier and authorised partners. The program enables participants to build industry-specific solutions based on M-Files’ AI-enhanced, metadata-centric architecture. It is designed to foster innovation and create value across sectors such as financial services, healthcare, legal, and professional services.

M-Files’ technology empowers organisations by connecting information stored across disparate systems, providing a unified view of enterprise data. This capability reduces silos and improves visibility, while embedded automation ensures compliance and accelerates decision-making. Businesses can streamline their workflows—from document creation to collaboration—while maintaining high standards of governance and risk management.
