Indosuez Wealth Management, the global wealth management subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole Group, has finalised its acquisition of Wealth Dynamix, a UK-headquartered WealthTech provider.
This acquisition, which follows the purchase of a 70% stake in 2023, aims to strengthen Indosuez’s innovation momentum and enhance its ability to deliver personalisation, digitalisation and greater autonomy to clients operating in a highly regulated environment.
Indosuez Wealth Management specialises in global wealth services, offering investment, advisory and structuring solutions for high-net-worth and institutional clients.
Wealth Dynamix provides client lifecycle management (CLM) solutions tailored for wealth managers, private banks and asset managers. Its platform streamlines client onboarding, enhances relationship management processes and enables personalised advisory services. With more than 150 employees across the UK, France, Switzerland and Lithuania, the firm has been recognised in the WealthTech100 for the second consecutive year.
The acquisition will allow Wealth Dynamix to retain its autonomous governance structure, preserving its culture of rapid development and innovation. At the same time, the company will benefit from the backing of a major global financial institution to accelerate investment in R&D, artificial intelligence and security enhancements.
