Notice Ninja has appointed RegTech veteran Paul Banker to its advisory board, marking a strategic move as the company continues to scale its IDP and AI-powered platform to support larger enterprises.
Founded to modernise how organisations manage tax and compliance-related notices, Notice Ninja provides automation technology designed to reduce regulatory risk, cut penalties, and streamline complex workflows. Its platform uses intelligent data processing and AI to help finance and compliance teams move away from manual, reactive processes towards more proactive and scalable regulatory operations, particularly within the Office of the CFO.
Paul Banker brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across RegTech and compliance. In his new advisory role at Notice Ninja, Banker will support the company’s product roadmap, enterprise go-to-market strategy, and market expansion efforts, while also participating in strategic client account reviews and mentoring the leadership team.
Banker currently serves as strategic advisor to the CEO at Sovos, a role he began in 2025, where he focuses on growth strategy, strengthening client relationships, and guiding internal teams on long-term direction. His experience spans both commercial compliance technology and public-sector policy engagement, giving him a broad perspective on how regulation and technology intersect at scale.
An accounting graduate from the University of St. Thomas, Banker has also contributed to international and US policymaking initiatives. His experience includes participation in the OECD’s Common Reporting Standard (CRS) Business Advisory Group and the IRS Information Reporting Program Advisory Committee. At Notice Ninja, his remit will also include acting as an advocate for the company across the markets it serves, as it accelerates innovation across its AI-driven compliance platform.
