Fundbox expands credit facility with ATLAS and Blue Owl

Fundbox, a provider of embedded capital infrastructure for the small business economy, has renewed its existing credit facility with ATLAS SP Partners and added funds managed by Blue Owl Capital as new lenders to the facility.

The renewed facility extends Fundbox’s long-standing relationship with ATLAS SP Partners, the warehouse finance and securitised products business majority owned by Apollo funds, while introducing Blue Owl Capital, a global alternative asset manager, as a new capital partner.

Over the past decade, Fundbox has built partnerships across the small business ecosystem, working with platforms including Intuit, Stripe, SoFi, Ant International and EverCommerce. Through these integrations, Fundbox embeds capital directly into the digital tools used by small businesses. To date, the company has served more than 170,000 small businesses and originated over $6.5bn in funding to support their growth.

Fundbox provides embedded capital products for small and medium-sized businesses, offering access to credit through the software platforms they already use. Founded in 2013, the company positions itself as capital infrastructure for the digital SMB economy, enabling partners to integrate financial solutions directly into their user experiences.
