ClearScore has announced an exclusive partnership with Zuto, the UK’s leading car finance FinTech, to provide car finance brokerage services as it bids to become the number one digital car finance platform in the UK.
The global, data-driven financial services platform has established itself as a market leader in credit data and a primary destination for credit cards and loans among UK consumers. With Zuto now providing extensive car finance options to ClearScore’s users, the business is looking to extend that dominance into the car finance space.
The partnership builds on a relationship stretching back several years. Zuto previously developed ClearScore’s car re-finance journey, helping consumers save money by switching to more affordable car loans — a proposition that has facilitated £250m worth of loans over the past four years.
Under the expanded agreement, Zuto will power ClearScore’s end-to-end car finance digital journey, with its technology platform offering access to dozens of lenders and over 300 products. The integration will deliver near-instant initial finance decisions to ClearScore’s 16 million UK users for used vehicle purchases.
