Vertafore, a North American InsurTech, has confirmed that its Project Impact initiative has met its goal of returning up to two hours a day to account managers by streamlining agency workflows.
The initiative removed redundant steps, cut manual work and reduced clicks across high-volume servicing tasks. Improvements to three key workflows — direct bill entry, renew policy and journal entry — alone returned nearly 20 minutes per user daily, equating to more than 33 hours of additional capacity each day in a 100-user agency.
Project Impact now underpins Vertafore’s AgencyOne unified platform, with further AI-powered capabilities planned and set to be showcased at Accelerate 2026.
Vertafore vice president of product management Vijay Muniswamy said, “Independent agencies are under pressure to do more with the technology and talent they already have.
“Project Impact set out to drive time savings in the workflows agencies rely on most, and our customers are seeing the benefits with more time for clients and activities that drive real value for their business.”
EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants business applications subject matter expert Deni Dryer said, “Project Impact delivered several immediate workflow improvements that translate into real productivity gains—less clicking, fewer interruptions and smoother navigation.”
