M-Files has been recognised as a Leader in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Document Management, with the placement based on the company’s completeness of vision.

The platform had accumulated 217 five-star reviews in the preceding 12 months as of 17 April 2026, with users highlighting its metadata-driven search, Microsoft 365 integration, automated workflows, and version control capabilities as particular strengths.
