Hawk, a global provider of AI-powered anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention technology, has appointed Daniel Marshall as its new chief customer officer (CCO).
Marshall brings more than 25 years of experience building and scaling customer organisations for enterprise software and AI platform providers, with a background spanning financial institutions and government agencies. He has previously held senior global leadership roles at Chainalysis, C3 AI and ServiceNow.
His appointment is intended to strengthen Hawk’s customer success function as financial institutions move away from experimental AI deployments toward full-scale implementation, with a particular focus on helping clients extract long-term value from the company’s technology.
Hawk provides machine learning, generative AI and agentic AI capabilities to financial crime and compliance workflows for global financial institutions. The company’s technology is designed to improve both the effectiveness and efficiency of compliance programmes.
