Specialist insurance advisory firm Pro Global has launched a new European broker platform aimed at helping UK-based brokers expand into continental markets as firms look to navigate complex regulatory requirements.

The offering aims to support brokers in establishing and scaling operations across Europe through the launch of Pro Broker Europe GmbH, a dedicated platform designed to facilitate cross-border market entry.

The new entity has received Lloyd’s Europe accreditation, reinforcing its regulatory standing and ability to support access to European markets.

The broker incubation service provides advisory and implementation support across the full lifecycle of a brokerage business, including regulatory compliance, operating model design and operational execution.

The platform aims to help UK brokers manage the complexities of European expansion, particularly around local regulatory frameworks, governance requirements and infrastructure setup. It also supports firms in strengthening carrier relationships and demonstrating appropriate controls to capacity providers.

The offering is designed to enable more structured placement of European business into the London market by improving operational consistency and risk presentation across jurisdictions.

Dani Rosser, head of broker services, said there is growing demand from UK brokers seeking European expansion.

“We are seeing strong and sustained demand from UK brokers who are looking to expand into Europe, but want to do so in a way that is both compliant and commercially effective from the outset. Establishing a presence in Europe brings real opportunity, but also a level of complexity that requires careful structuring and experienced support.

“The addition of Pro Broker Europe GmbH to our broker incubation services allows us to work closely with our clients to build robust, high-quality businesses that can operate seamlessly across borders. Importantly, it also supports the development of well-governed European business that complements and enhances placement into the London market, strengthening connectivity between the two.”
