Conquest Planning, an AI-powered platform designed to modernise how financial advice is delivered across the wealth spectrum, has unveiled an integration with Shaping Wealth that embeds the latter’s behavioural intelligence agent, Lydia, into its platform.
Shaping Wealth is a provider of learning and engagement tools for the wealth management sector rooted in behavioural science. Through the tie-up, Lydia will operate alongside Conquest’s Strategic Advice Manager (SAM), pairing analytical rigour with coaching grounded in behavioural science so that advisors can offer more considered, people-focused guidance at scale.
The native integration is intended to strengthen how advisors deliver recommendations, not just how they arrive at them. SAM examines a client’s financial information and surfaces suggested strategies via Conquest’s proprietary AI expert system and deterministic calculation engine. Lydia, meanwhile, supports advisors with communication coaching, behavioural insight and tools for preparing meetings, helping them handle emotionally charged discussions. In combination, the two agents address both what advice to give and how best to present it so that clients trust it and act upon it.
Lydia is offered as an add-on inside the Conquest platform and functions alongside SAM Guide, responding to queries and offering real-time behavioural coaching within the advisor’s existing workflow, removing the need to switch between separate applications. Advisors can lean on Lydia to rehearse challenging client conversations, get ready for meetings, compose follow-up messages and receive coaching that reflects their firm’s own language, values, products and previous client interactions.
Conquest CEO Brad Joudrie said, “Even the most advanced financial plan only creates value if clients are willing to act on it. That’s where behavioral intelligence matters. By combining our verifiable engine and AI assistant SAM Guide with Lydia’s behavioral intelligence, we’re giving advisors a more complete solution that helps them identify the right recommendations and communicate them in ways clients can understand, trust and act on.”
Shaping Wealth founder and CEO Brian Portnoy said, “Great financial advice depends on both analytical excellence and human connection. Conquest has built extraordinary technology for generating financial recommendations. Lydia helps advisors deliver that guidance with the skill, empathy, and confidence that build deeper, more meaningful relationships and inspire better outcomes. Together, Conquest and Shaping Wealth are bringing both dimensions of advice into a single workflow.”
