Aiviq to build Allspring's global client data platform

Aiviq, a global client data platform for the asset management industry, has been selected by Allspring Global Investments, an independent asset management firm overseeing more than $642bn in assets under advisement, to build an enterprise-grade global Client Book of Record (CBOR) platform.

The new platform is designed to bring together client assets, flows and sales attribution across Allspring’s distribution business, giving the firm a single, reconciled view of client activity. The deal represents a notable win for Aiviq North America, which launched in October 2025 and continues to build traction across the region.

By linking data within Allspring’s cloud-native technology set-up, the project aims to widen access to client information and support more data-driven decision-making across the organisation. The move underlines Allspring’s ongoing push to bolster its data management capabilities and improve operational effectiveness on a global scale.

Headquartered in the UK, Aiviq is a leading global client data platform built for the investment management sector. Its offering is powered by Aiviq Intelligence, an integrated workbench for deploying AI use cases, with a modular platform that delivers enterprise-grade datasets, workflows and intelligence across the core masters that underpin CBOR — AUM & Flow Master, Accounts Master, Agreements Master and Client Master. This supports client use cases spanning sales enablement, client service, product development, risk, regulatory reporting and corporate strategy.

Allspring Global Investments head of distribution & marketing technology and head of finance technology Bill Safarik said, “As Allspring continues to strengthen its use of data and analytics, it is important that our distribution, finance, and operations teams have access to a more consistent and reliable view of client information. This initiative supports our broader efforts to enhance how client data is managed and used across the firm, helping improve decision-making and supporting the evolving needs of our global business.”

Aiviq head of North America Sam Iles said, “We are delighted to have been selected to support Allspring’s global client data strategy. This engagement reflects the growing importance of connected, high-quality data across the investment management industry. We look forward to working with Allspring as it advances its data management objectives.”
