ZIGRAM partners with Q2 Technologies in Indonesia

ZIGRAM, a global RegTech company specialising in anti-money laundering, fraud monitoring and financial crime compliance solutions, has entered a strategic partnership with Q2 Technologies, a leading provider of financial crime compliance and cybersecurity solutions across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

Under the new agreement, Q2 Technologies will act as ZIGRAM’s authorised partner in Indonesia, supporting clients across the full lifecycle of the relationship. The tie-up brings together ZIGRAM’s integrated RegTech Stack and data and intelligence capabilities with Q2 Technologies’ knowledge of the local market, its delivery capacity and its established footprint in the country.

As a result of the deal, Indonesian financial institutions will be able to access ZIGRAM’s Complete AML System while benefiting from in-market support and expertise.

The move comes as financial crime continues to pose a growing challenge in Indonesia. Figures from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) show that the Indonesia Anti-Scam Centre (IASC) had logged 608,167 reports as of 30 June 2026, since its launch in November 2024. Over that period, 1,085,607 accounts were flagged, with 557,751 of them subsequently blocked, while IDR 674.1bn belonging to victims had been recovered.

The partnership is described as a significant milestone in ZIGRAM’s ongoing expansion across Southeast Asia, with Indonesia positioned as a core pillar of its regional growth plans.

ZIGRAM is a Regulatory Technology company focused on anti-money laundering, financial crime compliance and emerging risk management. Its proprietary product range includes the AML RegTech Stack and the Complete AML System, which together form the backbone of its Risk Application Ecosystem.

Built to be cloud-native, self-serve and low-friction, the company’s tools are designed with flexibility in mind and address more than 40 risk and compliance use cases, spanning fraud prevention, anti-bribery, supply chain risk and third-party risk management. ZIGRAM also maintains an extensive risk data library, comprising more than 3,415 global watchlists, over 9 billion content items and coverage spanning more than 250 jurisdictions in 45 languages.

ZIGRAM CEO and co-founder Abhishek Bali said, “Indonesia is a strategic market for ZIGRAM and an important part of our expansion across Southeast Asia. Through our partnership with Q2 Technologies, we are combining our RegTech and financial crime compliance capabilities with strong local market expertise to help banks, insurance companies, fintechs and other financial institutions navigate evolving compliance requirements more effectively. Q2 Technologies head of Financial Crime Compliance Zulfadli Zizar said, “We see a significant opportunity to transform how financial institutions in Indonesia approach AML, fraud monitoring and financial crime compliance. We are excited to bring a more connected approach that brings technology, data and expertise together in one ecosystem.”
