High-volume payments and digital asset firms are under growing pressure to move fast without cutting corners on compliance. Legacy KYC systems, often built around static checklists and developer-heavy workflows, are struggling to keep pace, slowing onboarding and leaving firms exposed to risk they cannot see in real time.
KYCP is positioning itself as the answer, offering an end-to-end client lifecycle management platform that acts as a central risk-orchestration layer. The platform unifies data, screening results and compliance workflows, replacing manual overhead with policy automation that compliance teams can adjust themselves, without relying on developers.
At the core of the offering is KYCP’s rules-based risk scoring module, which continuously reassesses counterparty risk rather than relying on static, point-in-time models. Scores recalculate automatically whenever data changes, whether entered manually, pulled via API, or submitted through customer outreach.
Firms can configure their own weightings by customer type, geography, transaction behaviour and screening hits, with scores mapped to bands such as Low, Medium or High. KYCP has built more than 15 pre-configured risk algorithms into the system, deliberately avoiding black-box machine learning to keep scoring explainable and auditable.
The platform’s no-code Configuration Studio lets compliance teams update onboarding journeys, data fields, document checklists and workflows instantly. Lower-risk profiles can follow simplified, straight-through processing, while higher-risk cases automatically trigger enhanced due diligence. Firms operating across multiple jurisdictions can maintain separate, version-controlled compliance programmes within a single instance.
KYCP has also built an embedded Customer Outreach Tool, a secure, branded web portal protected by multi-factor authentication and AES-256 and TLS 1.2+ encryption. It allows counterparties to review and self-validate pre-filled onboarding forms, with document checklists updating dynamically as risk scores shift and case statuses advancing automatically once responses land.
Beyond onboarding, KYCP is pushing firms towards perpetual KYC, replacing periodic reviews with continuous monitoring. Event-driven triggers launch reviews when key customer attributes change, while integrations with transaction-monitoring systems and top-tier screening providers keep PEP, sanctions and adverse media checks current. Bulk remediation campaigns allow firms to re-rate and re-screen entire customer populations, with progress logged immutably.
For audits, KYCP generates regulator-ready evidence packs on demand, covering customer profiles, risk histories, screening results and reviewer justifications. An immutable audit trail captures every change across the case lifecycle, and role-based access lets external auditors search records directly, reconstructing historical decisions using the exact rules applied at the time.
