Lumin Digital, the Compounding Growth Platform for banks and credit unions, has been named as the new digital banking provider for Eclipse Bank, the Louisville, Kentucky-based community lender.
Eclipse Bank will adopt Lumin’s cloud-native platform to offer a more tailored and streamlined digital experience to both its retail and commercial banking clients, as the bank looks to modernise its online and mobile offering.
The deal builds on Eclipse Bank’s existing focus on delivering bespoke banking solutions and sustained value for its customer base. Through Lumin’s technology, the bank aims to offer a uniform experience across its mobile and online channels, while retaining the ability to roll out new features, integrate further services and respond to shifting customer expectations over time.
Eclipse Bank is the wholly owned subsidiary of Eclipse Bancorp, and was founded in 2005. The lender provides a broad range of commercial, retail and private banking services from three banking centres in Louisville, Kentucky, and one in Johnson City, Tennessee, and holds status as a Small Business Administration Preferred Lending Partner.
Lumin Digital chief growth officer Kelley Michalik said, “Community and regional banks have always differentiated themselves through the strength of their customer relationships, and digital banking should extend that advantage, not dilute it. We’re proud to partner with Eclipse and look forward to working with the Eclipse team to deepen engagement and drive meaningful results.”
Eclipse Bank CEO Andrew Pyles said, “Eclipse has always focused on providing thoughtful, customized solutions rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
“We wanted a digital banking partner that would give us that same freedom. Lumin enables us to deliver a more connected, personalized experience, strengthen the relationships at the heart of our bank, and create greater value for our clients.”
