WealthReach, an AI-driven organic growth platform designed for RIAs and wealth managers, has joined forces with Domain Money and Savology to help advisory firms turn more website visitors and existing database contacts into clients.
The arrangement works by sorting prospects according to whether they suit the advisory firm. Those who satisfy a firm’s requirements are passed directly to the advisor, while the remainder are routed to either Domain Money or Savology.
Individuals sent to Domain Money are looked after by its CFP® professionals, who provide financial planning together with 0% AUM wealth management, personal tax filing and estate planning support, among other services. The referring firm receives a share of the yearly planning fee.
People sent to Savology instead get a tailored financial report card, generated within minutes and requiring no personally identifiable information. This report shapes a learning programme suited to each person’s circumstances and generates concrete action items along the way. Where firms lack their own provider relationships, Savology will source them and pass a portion of the revenue back to the advisor, although firms may choose to keep nurturing these contacts themselves.
According to the partners, the core challenge facing many firms is timing rather than lead volume. Someone below an advisor’s minimum today could qualify in a few years, yet rejection typically ends the relationship. Similarly, large numbers of contacts sitting in firms’ CRM systems were costly to acquire but are often abandoned after a single conversation because they were uneconomical to serve.
Since the tool sits on the advisor’s own website, it applies to all incoming traffic, whether from referrals, events, newsletters, podcasts or existing campaigns. Visitors exchange an email address or phone number for their report card, giving firms consent to reconnect with dormant leads.
The tie-up also combines two traffic generation methods. WealthReach focuses on organic visibility, helping advisors appear on Google and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity. Savology contributes paid acquisition, guaranteeing a monthly volume of marketing-qualified and digital-qualified leads. Both can be purchased together as one package.
The three companies will run a joint webinar titled “From Rejected to Referred: A New Model for Prospects Who Don’t Fit Yet” on 8 October at 12pm ET.
WealthReach co-founder and chief partnership officer David DeCelle said, “Advisors have been told for years that the answer is more leads. The real answer is never losing one. We generate the demand, and now everybody who arrives has somewhere to go and somebody staying with them until they are ready.”
Domain Money founder and CEO Adam Dell said, “This is a groundbreaking and fundamentally different way to think about a firm’s revenue potential. It’s a win-win for everyone involved: firms earn passive income on prospects they used to turn away, and we take great care in every client referred through our team of expert CFP® professionals.”
Savology CEO Brian Case said, “A prospect who is not a fit today is not a bad prospect. They are an early one, and most firms are sitting on hundreds of them. We put a report card in their hands in minutes, teach them what applies to their situation, and give them action items that lead somewhere real. When they are ready, they come back to the advisor who first pointed them our way.”
