Jump, a provider of AI tools for financial advisors, has expanded its relationship with Anthropic by introducing client meeting data and seven purpose-built workflows into Claude for Financial Advisors.
The Salt Lake City-based company already offers a connector that allows advisors to access client meeting context through Claude. The latest additions extend this functionality, turning conversations, decisions and commitments recorded in Jump into actionable workflows.
The seven new skills cover different stages of the client relationship. Yesterday/Week in Review summarises recent meetings, decisions and outstanding items across an advisor’s client book. Client Commitments tracks promises made by advisors and clients, while Decision Log records client decisions alongside the meetings in which they were reached.
Meeting Recap summarises key takeaways and outstanding actions, while Meeting History provides a timeline of previous conversations with a client or household. Recap Email generates draft follow-up messages for advisors to review before sending, and Document Lookup retrieves files stored in Jump and extracts relevant information.
The launch targets advisors already using Claude for meeting preparation, client research and follow-up communications. By making meeting notes, tasks, documents and contact information available within the AI assistant, Jump aims to reduce manual data transfers and give advisors more relevant context when completing routine work.
The skills are designed to work alongside other tools connected to Claude for Financial Advisors. For example, an advisor could use Anthropic’s meeting preparation workflow to draw on Jump’s client history and outstanding commitments before an appointment, then generate a follow-up email using Jump’s Recap Email skill afterwards.
The connector operates on a read-only basis and follows each user’s existing Jump permissions. Firms retain control over their current settings for meeting recording, transcript retention, consent and access, alongside their own supervision and recordkeeping requirements.
Jump serves more than 50,000 advisors at firms including LPL Financial, Focus Financial, Allianz, Manulife, Osaic Wealth, Cetera Financial Group, Equitable and Northwestern Mutual. Its platform supports client interactions, onboarding and business development through tailored insights and automated workflows. The company has also been ranked first for advisor satisfaction and adoption by T3, Kitces and The Oasis Group.
Jump CEO and co-founder Parker Ence said, “Advisors get the best output from Claude when it understands their clients. Jump captures rich context from client conversations, documents, intake forms and more. Our connector and purpose-built skills in Claude for Financial Advisors give advisors another way to put that context to work. Whether they’re preparing for a meeting, tracking commitments they made or looking up details from a financial statement, advisors can use Jump and Claude together to do more for their clients.”
Anthropic head of asset and wealth management Peter Nolan said, “Great financial advice starts with knowing the client, and Claude for Financial Advisors helps advisors put that knowledge to work across the tools they use every day. Bringing the goals, commitments and decisions Jump captures from client conversations into Claude can help advisors prepare for meetings and follow up with clients.”
