Synergy Cloud, an independent claims management system (CMS) provider, has announced a new partnership with Claim Technology to develop joint solutions for the claims market.

This partnership aims to create innovative tools that streamline the claims process, starting with integrating Synergy Cloud’s livestream video feature into Claim Technology’s customer self-serve chatbot.

The tool will be available as a Plug&Play solution through Claim Technology’s InsurTech marketplace.

Further collaborative efforts will focus on creating the industry’s first zero-touch self-serve solution for surge events, such as flooding, and automating supply chain procure-to-pay (P2P) processes.

Tom Burroughs, CTO at Synergy Cloud, commented on the news, “We are thrilled to join forces with Claim Technology. This partnership represents a significant step forward in our mission to provide practical solutions to real problems in the claims industry. By combining our strengths, we can offer unparalleled solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.”

Synergy Cloud specialises in claims management software, offering solutions that help insurance companies streamline their claims processes through digitalisation.

Their primary focus is on practical, scalable tools that enhance operational efficiency in the claims industry.

Claim Technology is an InsurTech company that provides automation solutions designed to simplify the claims process.

With a focus on self-serve and digital transformation, the firm’s platform enables insurance companies to integrate advanced tools that enhance customer experience and drive operational efficiency.

This partnership highlights the growing trend of InsurTech companies co-creating solutions that can be deployed on a large scale, helping to address some of the claims industry’s most pressing challenges.

Future developments in this collaboration include automation tools that will further reduce human interaction in claims processes, making the system more efficient.

Michael Lewis, CEO at Claim Technology, added, “This partnership brings two complementary InsurTechs together, both of whom have deep expertise in the claims market, to co-create solutions to some of the industry’s thorniest automation challenges.”
