MetLife, a global provider of insurance, annuities and employee benefits, has announced an expanded collaboration with Sprout.ai to enhance claims processing across major markets including the U.S., Asia, and Latin America.
The partnership aims to accelerate MetLife’s adoption of automation in claims handling, streamline decision-making processes, and deliver a more efficient, customer-focused experience, according to InsurTech Insights.
Sprout.ai’s AI solution is designed to improve turnaround time and accuracy by automating claims workflows. It integrates directly into insurers’ systems and delivers fast, consistent decision-making while preserving the human element of empathy. The success of an initial rollout in Latin America has already demonstrated notable improvements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, prompting the extended partnership.
The collaboration will now expand beyond Latin America, with additional deployments planned in various regions over the coming months. By combining MetLife’s global scale and deep industry knowledge with Sprout.ai’s technology, the firms hope to set a new standard in digital claims handling across international markets.
